oh i have the same issues with my HOA. they got on us about anythting and everything… but there’s it took them 6 mos to get a new piece of drywall in the hall way to cover a hole. and its still been another month since that, and they haven’t taped and sanded it.
i think i am gonna take a picture and send it with my dues next month if its still not fixed. or send it in place of my dues.

I filed a complaint with the B.B.B. (Better Business Bureau). At least, I’m hoping that if any other Association see there bad B.B.B report they won’t hire them to manage there properties.
