Chicago Motion Graphics Festival
The third annual Chicago Motion Graphics Festival kicked off on Wednesday, January 18th with presentations at the Michigan Avenue Apple Store.
Mason Dixon from Motion Graphics Chicago was one of the presenters. Here he talks just a bit about videoblogging (video podcasting) and ChicagoVideobloggers.com.
I’m sorry that the quality isn’t the greatest. I was using my digital camera to record (forgot the camcorder at home), and we got there late enough that most of the good seats were taken.
Goin’ to Milwaukee
Saturday night we drove up to Milwaukee to see The Actual play. Good times. Too bad my camera doesn’t work right when I have a few drinks in me or else I’d have some photos … ![]()
Video format change
I’ve changed the video format a bit. I had been saving them as .mov files with an MPEG-4 codec, but I’ve changed them to .mp4. I’m using the same codec (I think) and the same settings, but I changed the file extension because I couldn’t add album art to the .mov files.
Please let me know if you have any problems viewing them. I’ve tested them on OS 10.4.3 (Quicktime, iTunes) and on my iPod, but haven’t had a change to test them on the Windows side.
