townhouses suck
It’s kind of nice not to have to do yardwork or have to fix up the outside of the building … but other than that … townhouses suck.
Especially when the guy next door decides to do some home improvement projects.

yeah, I bought a townhome and it was mostly buyers and now its all f-ing renters around me that don’t give a rats ass about the property…or their neighbors. I have one renter who has a broken down BMW that sounds like a f-ing chainsaw mixed with a harley davidson and wakes me up EVERY morning that she starts her car!

If you are a renter-please be nice to your neigbors esp. if they own their townhome! A-holes!
